Since everyone is saying no I guess I'm going to say yes, there are some decision made with out cause. The reason why has to do with WHAT A CAUSE IS, and who you attribute the ORIGIN of that cause. The later deals with a definition so I not going to get into it, the former has to do with idea of relativity. This is what I'm going to get into.
Now you can instantaneously decide to do something random, of course the reason why you do that this is because you what to do something random. But if you think about the reason why you came up with that reason (that is the reason why you thought of the reason, ie the decision to make a decision) you'll see that there is no reason relative to you. However, relative to you and your parents, the reason why you thought of that is because you where raised a certain why. The way you were raised determined how you think. In this way, your parents where the cause of your random action.
So, if you want to know if their is such a thing as a decision without a cause, the answer is it depends on the level of relativity.

Many decisions on the broad spectrum are most likely made without an immediate cause. You have actions and reactions.
People make decisions often without careful planning.People react differently based on temperment and disposition also
moods, mania, depression or anger, haste (get the idea) All these kinds of attributes can cloud someones judgment when making a decision. Some people may be very talented or experienced
in decision making. As a mature person opposite a child person.
take for instance.Let's say a child intentionally done something bad.The parent(adult person) would then be in the midst of a decision.Whether to immediately react to this action in a manner that is not calm by slapping the child possibly or making them sit in a corner(time out) of course some may decide both, but
that kind of undermines the purpose of (time out)
A person who suffers delusions or mental illness or some sort of disorder may not react to a momentary decision as well but as far as larger decisions like buying a new car they tend to do
this well. Some people have shorter tempers then other do.
This can effect there experienced judgment or decision.
Some people simply hate.So they may simply decide to do something bad .Decisions arent made always out of good.
They does not have to be a logical reason for someone to decide something that effects another or maybe themselves .Take for instance anyone may decide to buy something on the spur of
the moment for themselves something unecessary perhaps
for no reason at all. Some people have motives when making a decision. Some people have ulterior motives also.Sounds creepy?
Well maybe it is.Some people are simply mean .Many people abuse theyre right to decision making when it involves other people.I can decide to go hit my dog.But if he didn't do anything wrong that would be "abuse" and the animal would never learn properly from what is right or wrong if I decided to go hit him without just cause all the time.Of course people are more intelligent then dogs of course. Some people cannot help
what seems is a decision but an obsession.Take a pyromaniac
for instance,or a cleptomaniac .Do you think they decided
whose property to burn up?Or as in the clepto who's property
they took? No in real cases anyways...There are way many psychological aspects of decision making.Lets face it whether we call (above) these decisions or not all the above plus, plus exist .Whether we like them or that behavior or not.
Now regular decisions like family planning ,buying a house,
having a child..Are your basic regular decision genre, things such as this and require planning and for thought and managing .But then again you will always have that eccentric who may
be rich and on a whim decide to buy himself a new yacht
not that he could sail a rowboat. The topic is very broad.
It is hard to answer an unspecific question with any one specific answer. If you were harmed or oppressed without just cause
you should contact legal counsel.Yes many decisions therefore
in my view are made without cause.

Can we make up our mind without a reason or motive?
The Bible says, "a curse, without a cause, does not come."
So cancer is a curse, and there is a reason or cause for the cancer.
No decisions are not made without a cause.

I won't say that they are made without any cause but the causes are our own causes. You may say that out decisions are hardly objective.

No, there is always a cause without much thought of effect in most cases because we can not have absolute.
