Yeah, I'm actually asking for how to hack into the network and be an administrator so I can use my Ipod at work, since I can't use it at home on my broken-down computer.

I'm not gonna do anything bad, I just want to download one itsy bitsy program then go back to being the little peon that I know I am in the eyes of my boss.

Anyone know how?

well, first of all, it is impossible to know how to "hack" a company network without knowing which program they use, etc, etc. Keep in mind that its illegal. Your best bet is to ask for permission, besides your not asking to do something bad, although they may not let you, but its worth a try.

Don't download it at work. Instead, download a copy of the installer at home, place it on a CD or flash drive, and then try installing on the office computer from that. It will install in your own network environment, which may not require administrator privileges. Of course, this is assuming iTunes will even install in a non-administrator environment (many such programs won't).

As far as hacking into the office network, forget it. Unless the network is really set up very poorly, your activities will be flagged almost immediately. With companies as paranoid as they are today, hacking into company computers (for whatever reason) is a good way to get fired quick.

Try the computers at your local library. Bring a USB flash "thumb" drive with you. You could also email yourself at work with the Itunes application file sent as an attachment. But you won't be able to install it anyways. See if you can plug the USB thumb drive in at work. Then check the "portable applications" website below. They have applications that run totally on the USB flash drive and don't require you to install them on the host computer.

PS Portable apps says there's no net change to the host PC
after you dismount the USB flash drive properly from the host.

Nope, can't be done. And cracking your employer's network is a great way to the unemployment line -- and not being eligible to collect to boot!

You can't...and if you did, Windows would log it and you could very well be fired for violating the computer usage agreement.

Anything you do will be discovered later resulting in you getting fired or arrested.

it's really not worth it, but try the default: login: Admin, password: password.
