My best advice. Get away from it and get them counseling before someone gets hurt and before the kids learn this behavior and use it as they become adults.

Make a decision to call a friend to pick you and your kids up and leave for a safer environment.

Then go get emotional and mental health counseling for domestic violence.

For you sake and that of your children call a domestic violence hotline for help, before he hurts you and damages you children's future.
