If you cant answer these on your own, then maybe you should apply to Burger King.
Oh...
That was to Burger King...sorry.
Just Kidding, but seriously, not being able to answer these questions on your own reflect your lack of experience in dealing with this arena. Maybe you should think about these questions and see if you really do have anything to offer.

Here's something for you to work around. Modify it and make it your own that fits you and the job you're applying for:
Describe how you work within a team?
I am equally comfortable being either the leader or a valued member of a team. I believe that teamwork is a necessary attribute for the success of this company, and with my knowledge and experience, I would be an asset to the team.
Describe a time you have had to work under pressure? How did you prioritise your work load?
I have found that the best way to decrease stress is to get a firm understanding of the projects to be done, when the deadlines are, and approximately how long each task will take. I then structure my workload around which projects have the highest priority until all goals are accomplished. If more projects come in before I'm finished, I work them into my workload in the appropriate spot.
What can you bring to our team? I bring knowledge, experience and a can-do attitude. Nothing is impossible if we work together to accomplish our goals.

Basically, you have to call on your own experience in this. Have you ever been part of a team? How did it work? Did you contribute ideas, or carry out the decisions of others? Did you organize people's activities, or just do the part assigned to you? Did you take charge? How do you handle being told what to do? How did you handle differences of opinion? How did you get decisions made? There's no right or wrong answer necessarily, but you should phrase your answers in a way that sounds positive. (instead of "I just keep my mouth shut & do what I'm told," you say "I'm very open to input from the rest of the team, and I focus mostly on how to achieve the team's goals.")
The working under presure question asks you to describe a situation you were in that was high-pressure, and how you figured out what to do and when to do it. If you haven't had one of these, you could still talk about how you would prioritize your work if you had lots of stuff to do -- in order by due date? in the order you received the jobs? stuff you like first, then stuff you don't? most important to to least important? This question looks at how you think about a project and the way you go about getting it done.
The what can you bring question is your chance to talk about the skills you have. Obviously, you want to mention skills that you think are relevant to the work you'd be doing. You can also talk about qualities you have, like resourcefulness, outgoing personality, strong work ethic, etc.
There's no perfect answers to these questions. Different employers are looking for different things, and they're mostly trying to figure out if you're someone they could work with; so don't lie about something just because you think it's what they want to hear.

I work for a staffing agency and i do the interviews for all of the jobs. These are the answers that i would look for:
Describe how you work within the team -
Within a team, i can be very versatile, I can work as leader or work diligently as a group member. If no one seems comfortable stepping up as the leader, I am always able to take on that position. However, if there is a strong personality within the group already, I can work with the rest of the team as a subordinate.
Describe a time you have had to work under pressure? how did you prioritize?
Just describe any situation that comes to mind. Then as you look at it, you should be able to see which things within that task were more important than others. What i would stress is that your priority was to get everything done on time and with the quality that you would expect if you were the manager of the project.
What can you bring to our team?
Versatility, I can work easily within a number of situations. Reliability, in the way that you can always count on me to get something finished in a timely manner. And finally, my own unique personality that stands out on it's own as well as works comfortably in a group.
(these answers can be tweeked depending on what type of position you are going into. Alot of times you can also mention your past experiences and educational experiences.)

Those are the easy questions. Tell them what they want to hear. Of course you work well within a team and you do well under pressure. Of course you know how to prioritise, it's just a matter of knowing the company's objectives. You bring all these previously mentioned skills and a valuable outsider's perspective to the team.
The one that always stumps me is, "Tell me about yourself." Tell you what? What I did last weekend? How many siblings I have? Whether I prefer action or drama movies?

I enjoy working in a team because helping others and receiving input and ideas from other team members increases productivity and promotes a better business.
Every career will present pressure from time to time. I prioritize my work as instructed by my superior and based upon customer/client needs.
I can bring a strong work ethic and a goal oriented desire for advancement as well as a great attitude and leadership skills.
