I feel like i'm in jail.

You have choice in your situation, and your choice is how you view your situation. Viewing it as jail is a choice. You can choose something else.

There are so many books you could try. I'd recommend something by Tony Robbins or Stephen Covey. Really, anything in the Self-Help section of the library or bookstore would probably do you some good.

for a proactive guy, when u less or stop interact with society you would feel like in jail. in fact, just join more charity organize activity or go for your nearest playground to watch on the happy children playing around will make you feel more better

u have this feelings coz u did somethin bad and now u feel gulity but u cant solve it or make it good anymore which makes u feel that u cant do anythin right or say anythin right so u just stop doin or sayin anythin...am not a sychologist or anythin but i had this feelings long time ago so my advice for u is u always should know that every bad thing happens for a good reason
