Try this site. http://www.alpineaccess.com

It was recently featured on our local new channel in California as being a valid (not a scam) work at home opportunity. There are a few requirements such as you need a landline phone, home computer... It's worth a shot to check it out. Best of luck to you.

You can make money on the internet, but it takes time and a lot of work. I make about $600 a week doing affiliate marketing. It varies depending on the time of year. It did not happen overnight. There is a website you can go to that will list legitimate home based businesses that are proven money makers, not scams! Most companies where you can start earning money right away, within a month, will ask for an upfront fee of about $50, for the cost of materials and training. These are generally Type at Home, or Data Entry jobs. I list three on my site, they are honest companies doing honest work. They do pay. How much depends on how much you are willing to put into it. Check out the Data Entry, Type at Home, and Mint jobs on my site to see if this is what you want. There are other work at home jobs on the site, that you might enjoy doing also. Or if you want contact me and maybe I can help you decide what it is you want to do.

First, learn about scams so you aren't scammed. There's a list at http://www.workfromhomeforreal.com

Second if you are signing up for a direct sales company, where you sale stuff and make a commission, most of them will ask for your SS # that is just for tax reasons. A legit company will not misuse your SS # and all the consultants have to submit it for tax reasons just like a regular job.

I know of an at home job, completely legitimate, you work your own hours, there is no cost to join. Basically you just get leads for a big company. You don't have to sell anything. And the company does the rest. If they make a sell, you make a huge commission. Some are making thousands a week just working a few hours. If you want to know how to sign up email me and leave your email address or I can't reply.

There are also many other ways but it takes a lot of effort. Nothing happens magically. Do your research and find what's right for you. I can give suggestions, you can email me.

Hi Tonya,

This truly is not just about making money but having safe products in your home for you and your family. If you are interested in a home based business ($14.95 to become a member this month) than you can e-mail me back at cleanandsafehome@yahoo.com and I can give you the details. I am not going to give all the hype that people look for but just tell you the truth. We don't sell, deliver or stock products. The name of our company that we work with is Melaleuca and we are proud to say their name. It is not a scam or an MLM company, it is just a fortune 500 company that care about people and enjoys paying them for referring people to them and it is as simple as that. The important part is using their products as I know that you will love and the rest comes from using them as it is truly a great story about this company. Let me know if you would like to learn more.

Thanks,
Rich & Teresa

How about you just work 10 or 15 hours at night or on the weekend when you husband can watch the children?

Babysit in your home for one or two children!

Watch kids after-school (5 to 10 year olds) in your home!

Clean house for someone you know and will allow you to take your children with you!
