You know what you know because you have seen, heard och lived it, or been told (it could be a lie or misunderstanding though) - But you don't know the things you haven't heard, read or seen any of. - You may know the areas where you lack knowledge though...

What you have in your head and what you know is knowlege. All humans have knowlege to some degree.

Wisdom is knowing how much there is that you don't know, living accordingly, and seeking that knowlege that you have yet to attain.
