It depends how much room she will take up in the freezer. If you only have a small freezer, you don`t want it completely filled with meat. I would freeze some of her eat some of her and give the remainder to the dog pound.

Cut away all the fatty parts. You don't want to get heart disease. Buy yourself a FoodSaver Seal-a-meal and you'll be able to freeze daily portions for over a year!! You'll probably need a bigger freezer though and lock it!! You wouldn't want just anyone getting in it. Could turn into a nasty court trial and doing some time.

as long as you use the good freezer bags and don't forget to label them with the date...certain things go bad after a year in the freezer.
