If you feel like you're in jail and all you do is try to find a way out, maybe it's time to get out, instead of just trying?
People are always trying to find a way to do something, but not too many people actually go from trying to DOING.

Find out whats making you feel like this. 1.Do you have an obsession? 2.Do you feel like you're just doing the same old things all day every day?1. Either find a way to have your obsession with you all day or act with it so much you get bored of it. 2. try new things. Ride horses, go camping, skydive, anything. Try to free yourself. It's most likely that in your childhood you were molded into a certain form. Too formal? Too nice? Try to get out of your shell. Try using language you never used before (at appropriate times), act in new ways. Slouch if you stand too tall, live as your mind tells you too, not as you tell your mind. Go crazy.

Caged birds still can sing...but it doesn't mean that they will.
You are the only one that can decide how you feel about where you are. Look in the mirror and around you...are you in jail? Look into yourself for answers on this one. You are the only one who can realize that you do not need to "...find a way out" but rather a way in...in to understanding yourself and the people around you better. They are not jailers.

Maybe you need rest. Go on a small vacation and don't think about god or dog or anything. Just try to enjoy everything around you. Try to read some good poetry.

i think it somewhat is greater significant to seek for a answer to a issue than to assign blame and insist punishment in the previous the information are prevalent. In Chicago, there grew to become right into a Cardinal who grew to become into wrongly accused of incorrect doing. After some years, and lots suffering and harm to the church, the accuser finally recanted and admitted that he had made up the incident. till there is a thank you to guard clergymen from fake witnesses, i think of each and each case ought to be examined one after the different, and the assumption of "harmless till proved in charge" ought to be maintained. i'm no longer a member of the Catholic church, yet i could advise that Catholics evaluate no longer in basic terms the wear to little ones in each and each case, yet additionally the wear to the priest and to their church and to Christianity as an entire. i've got confidence the church, as a familiar physique, is better located to handle the topics and has materials to handle people who ought to in no way be in fee of little ones. A monastic life ought to be an more suitable answer than detention center sometimes. I additionally think of the Pope merits the help and help of his flock in dealing with this and different issues.

Without specifics, it's hard to comment.
Still, most of us believe that we have fewer choices than we actually have. You can make changes. Start by making lists of what you don't like and what you'd like to do instead with your life.
And when DON'T you feel like you're in jail
That will give you some clues on how to proceed.
