Wow, that's a small sailboat to be doing this in. I recommend stopping in Hawaii on the way. This is about 2500 miles, and a 25 ft boat probably would average 4-5 knots. Let's say to be conservative, that's 100 miles a day. So you're looking at a little less than a month to get to Hawaii and add provisions.

From Hawaii to Fiji is probably another 4 weeks.
