Brian DePalma directed a great suspense movie in the 80's called "Body Double". There are scenes that kept me on the edge of my chair. Not to mention a lot of gratuitous sex & nudity!!

Most Alfred Hitchcock movies are full of suspence.

There are a lot that I like: Red Eye, Silence of the Lambs, Saw, The Birds
I Recommend "The Others".
