The Geneva Conventions aren't really laws, but yes. Why do you think Hezbollah uses ambulances to transport their weapons?

Yes, you need to read up on the Geneva Convention. Medics, hospitals, etc....

Uh, yeah! Its called assault with a deadly weapon; if the medic dies, then its murder/manslaughter.
