"CDL Fees increase?"?

I heard there was legislation pending to greatly increase CDL license fees. Any truth?

I just renewed mine and it was the same as it was 5 years ago. The only thing different was the gay hazmat background check with the $94 biometrics charge. I wish that for just one week every truck driver in the nation refused to work so people could see how fast this country would swirl clockwise right down the shitter. I would love it....
