i'm 8 weeks genuine now and that i understand what i could get excitement from genuine now could be some help. convey her a action picture and lunch (soup or something) and tell her to sit down down back while you freshen up, do dishes, laundry, and so on. or you may make her a care equipment with a being pregnant e book, some maternity PJs, slippers, soup, and so on. a prenatal rubdown present certificates could be superb too.

Your pregnant friend is obviously in some pains, mostly muscular, and probably her back hurts the most. Give her a massager that she can turn on and not have to use her hands. something that works by itself. Also a real comfortable pair of sandals, so she can walk around comfortably.
Good luck to you and your friend.

Just being there for her will make her feel better. Maybe you could go to a health food store and get her some ginger candy(the real stuff) or some pure licorice. Its always so nice to have friends who care and want to help. Good Luck

Go out and buy her a book written by Janet Evanovich. Look for the series that begins with the word One in the title and goes up to the number 12. If that doesn't cheer her up, take her to a doctor. These books are hilarious and guaranteed to cheer up anyone who will read them.

a book of baby names, frequent encouragement cards, your time. Just letting her know you are there for her will be the best gift you can ever give. Allow her to express her feelings without feeling she has to be "appropriate". Offer to shop for her, clean house for her, take the older children for a while so she can rest.

A goodie basket of crackers, chex mix, or other foods that don't have a pungent smell or taste... This is good for someone suffering morning sickness.

Find out what she's been craving lately. Or a comfy pair of slippers and a bowl of chicken soup!
