I'll miss it alot. I have a lot of memories there, team, familiy and friends. The one game that I'll remember the most was the night the Mets went into first place in 1973. They beat Pittsburgh 10-2, Rusty Staub, John Milner and Wayne Garret each had 2-run HRs and Tom Seaver pitched a 5-hitter. I was there for Game 5 in 1969, Game 7 in 1986, Todd Pratt's HR in 1999, Robin Ventura's grand slam single in 1999, Bobby Jones' 1-hitter in 2000, Nolan Ryan's 1-hitter in 1970, but this game on 9/21/73 is the one that sticks out the most. I only hope Citifield is as good a place as Shea was.
