In actuality u only need two, as long as u have atleast one to follow; to get the line started and hopefully others will eventually join. But, I'd recommend at least five to six people to have a "more traditional line". More people means more fun, festivity and excitement!!
So, basically, u need one other person to say you have a line. And, guess what u have a conga line now-with us answering question (smile). So, thanxs for the dance!!

At Least 3. Whats the point of just 2. If you only have 2 dance normally. If you have three you can Conga. However you can alway cong a by yourself or with imiganary Friends, like I do.

I would rather cut off my hand and eat it than be in a conga line so I'm afraid I can't help you , sorry!

3 ( no rules that i know of but 2 looks silly )
the key is to start with 3 and pick up more as you travel
