Depends how the number of people and there gender/body type:
If decent....probably grab the 12 pack from the fridge, and put up the volley ball pool net! yaahhhh boy!. lol..

Call the cops on them.. and have them arrested for trespassing...
Call a contractor and have them remove the swimming pool.. for being an attractive nuisance...
