Toronto is ideal. Engineering is growing in the shipping
and biodomes, also there is new investing in the rare
unopened resources in midwestern americas. The good
plan is to choose the scholarship with some sponsors. A
good guide is to look for the european, or middle eastern
invested companies. I prefer, coca cola, koolaid, sweppes,
st. anselm, and cairo caro oil. There are at least a dozen good sponsors with intellectual activity to earn top membership.
An engineer will have no limit to getting some assistant in
the strongest management team in canada. try this site

I teach at the University of Toronto (not engineering though) and there are many scholarships available here exclusively for foreign students. More information can be had from the university website.... www.utoronto.ca
