Well. I tend to freak out at strange things, like, if I'm on an elevator, and the doors don't open at least 5 seconds after we arrive at our floor, I start to panic. If I put on a ring and I can't get it off right away, I'll panic. I can't go cave spelunking because I'm afraid that if I squeeze through a tight space, I'll get stuck, or I wont be able get back out. (and yes, I've seen The Cave AND The Descent) So tell me, am I claustrophobic, or do I just have really weird fears?

I would say you are a little claustrophobic. Every thing you described I go through as well, and yes I am claustrophobic. However last year on my cruise I actually went through a cave (I couldn't believe it myself!). Its all about conquering your fears. You want to be the master of your being right? Don't let your fears control you. Good luck!

You may be a little clausterphobic, but I think you are mainly afraid of being stuck or having something stuck on you. It isn't weird as everyone has some fears. It is normal.

neither. im like that too, its normal. you're just afraid of getting stuck somehow in a situation. its good to be that way a little, but loosen up a little bit.
