It wouldn´t really match strictly as they´re two completely different colours and one has a pattern, but if you want to wear them together, wear them together, noone´s stopping you. Noone really cares on the beach anyway, you´re all just there to enjoy yourselves and not necessarily look good. If you want to match go to somewhere like Primark or Peacocks and get black bikini bottoms or a red top with white polka dots, they normally sells things singularly instead of in sets.

I know for a fact that both Alloy and Delias sell polka dot bikini's. Oh I think Gojane.com does as well.
