First, get ad aware - a free download from:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware
make sure it is updated, and run a full scan
Make sure your virus software is up to date, otherwise it might be missing something. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up the task manager and switch to 'processes' --make a list of everything in the list and search for each thing online to find out what it is, some are necessary for the computer to run, some aren't malicious, but are taking up resources, and some are garbage programs that can cause popups, and can be security risks.
Search for win32clspring.fq and see if you can find a utility or procedure for wiping it out.

Superfunk suggested what I think you should do. Download, install, update, and run adaware personal and spy-bot, both are freeware. Then go into start, all programs, accessories, system tools, disk clean up and run it. then update and run your antivirus one more time. After that your system should be good. If not, look up a utility custom made for win32clspring.FQ, just search for the name and sift through the results. You could also try going to www.trendmicro.com and run their house call program in free tools. I use them for my company, and their web page antivirus scanner for friends and family that don't have one. This should help.
