can you get re-married to the same person; are there any restrictions

Well, I don't think there are any laws that prevent this but I am thinking it would violate some basic laws of common sense. Been there, done that and loved it so much you are going to do it again? If you do call Jerry Springer so we can all watch the train wreck.

You can get married to the same person as many times as you like but I don't know why you would want to. If it didn't work the first time what makes 2 people think that it will work a second or even a third. EX: Elizabeth Taylor, Eminem

Yes you can get remarried to the same person. But before you do just make sure all the issues that caused the 1st divorce is resolved. You wouldn't want to go make the same mistake again..Divorce is too costly..... Good Luck

no restrictions yes if divorced less than a yr u can go re as if it never happened but u can marry him as many times as u want me once is enough good luck

it all depends what was the reason that you divorced in the first place and has it been resolved do you think that it would be worth it, are the both of you ready to let go and forgive my advice write out a list off all these questions and more and try to each ans your own question and not each others and ask the one who knows it all but from me go for it if that's what will make you happy everyone deserves a 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 chances so best of luck

My cousin did. They got divorced after 2 yrs of marriage and 2 years later went to Vegas and got remarried. They've been together for 7 yrs this time, with no end in sight.

Of course you can remarry the same person...but what was the problem that caused a divorce in the first place.
you may want to seriously consider those circumstances before taking the same vows with your former lover...
