Step 1 : NO3-
Step 2 : Ag
Step 3 : 3(Ag ===> Ag + 1e)
Step 4 : N+5 + 3 e ===> N+2
You should be able to finish from here...
Notice that you must have the same number of electrons in oxidation as in reduction. (Do not forget that there are 3 NO3- ions that do not change)
