I've lived in Hawaii all my life and just a few years ago moved to the mainland....I have never dated anyone white nor black...I normally dated island boiz (which means mix nationality hawaiian, samoan, tongan, tahitian, etc.)...Now that I am here on the mainland I want to start dating again...I feel like this is a whole new market and am quite intimidate because of not knowing what to expect...I am japanese, white, hawaiian and being in a different surrounding I am not sure ....and suggestions?...

Just be yourself, it should make no difference what race you are or whether you date a black or white man, as long as they are decent and treat you with respect and if they have a problem with your heritage then they are not worth the time of day. Good Luck and have fun !
