One of my friends had 15 or so songs he downloaded on his phone from itunes. I have no internet on my phone too. Is there anyway I can do this? I am willing to buy a chord or something if it's at a reasonable price.

I want it to be free and I have a motorola V551 I think... that or V557 and my friend had like 15 songs off his itunes and he downloaded them on to his phone. I do not have internet for my phone. Is this possible? I do not want to spend a lot and I have bluetooth

It would help if you tell us what phone you got.
If you phone has bluetooth, and your computer has bluetooth (or an adapter) you can transfer songs this way. You can also transfer via infrared, if your phone and computer are compatible.
A lead would also work, if your phone supports it.
