They have been together less than a month? He just found out she is pregnant with his baby? it seems like a big trap to me? The guy is my roomate for 3yrs hes been over at her house everyweekend for the past month and is now moving in with her. i didnt mind that he moved in with her its just now all the sudden she is also pregnant now with him? does that seem like a trap? she is a mother of 2 one of her kids is 8yrs old and the other is not even 1yrs of age yet. now she is pregnant again and all the kids are by different fathers. i dont think its a good idea? but he want to pursue it so i cant really blame the guy. how would you handle this with your friend?

Whether it was a trap or not (on her part) it is still his responsibility to care for his child. It sounds like he may have gotten involved with the wrong girl, but it's too late to change that. She's pregnant and now he must accept the responsibilities of parenting....whether he and the woman stay in a relationship or not, he can never walk away from being a father.

Best wishes for your friend and his baby!

I would ask your friend to get a DNA test first because if they have been together for less then a month I'm pretty sure it's less likely she'll get pregnant that fast or know that quickly. Some girls do tend to trap guys like that, but your friend shouldn't feel trapped because if the baby is his he should take responsibility for the baby, but chances are it might not be his. This girl seems kind of wild anyways. You might ask your friend a little more questions for him to make sure the baby is his because if he isn't 100 percent or even 50 percent positive then you should tell him to tell the girl to get a DNA test on the baby either after birth or you can have it done before the baby is born. The girl if she knows the baby isn't his or isn't sure she'll most likely refuse to it so that's a sign. She might say that I can't believe you would think such a thing, but tell her if she is for sure the baby is his she would be willing to do this.

Your friend is being taken in. Come on now after only a month!!!
You should ask giiirlllll who's that baby's daddy? Take things slow. Have you ever heard of DNA testing? She is looking for some one to help pay bills! Tell him you have his back on any decisions he makes but he really should think about this situation.
My spouse was in the same situation and it's been 12 years of doubt in his mind but the child thinks of him as dad so he doesn't want to broke her heartbut as far as I'm concerned he should have dealt with it from the point at which your friend is at now. Good Luck!

i think it was a bad ideal 4 him to be having SEX unprotected if he is trapped HE DID it himself. She did not WILL herself pregnant by her magical powers. She has two kids already and the daddies LEFT i'd say she's smart enough to know a baby don't TRAP a guy into staying they go when they want sure she knows that by now. women can't TRAP a man with making the man put a child in their womb. ....that is the dumbest thing i've heard today.

Trapped? No one forced him to take his pants off! That's what happens when guys think with their penis instead of their brain! Don't blame the woman for this! He's a grown man, and he's making his own choices. I wouldn't "handle" this at all. In the end... it's none of your business.

Just because he has a baby with her doesn't mean he has to stay with her. He will, however, have to pay child support for the child.

It does sound fishy that she got pregnant that fast. He should definitely ask for a paternity test!

It may not be a trap... some people dont believe in abortion. And if it is a trap.... I dont think its any of your business. If he is happy then there is nothing you can do. She is obviously going to do what she wants. Dont worry about it
