blood group cant stop couples from coceiving,it can cause aproblem if you are different in Rheuses factor,if the male is negative and the female is positive the mothers body will produce antibodies to the fetus that would kill him,it only affects rhe second pregnancy ,but ther is a shot given to the mother right after delivering the first child,it will prevent the body from forming antibodies .
