No, it's not true. There is nothing about your or your partner's blood type that would prevent you from conceiving. Many couples with the same blood type have children together.

blood group cant stop couples from coceiving,it can cause aproblem if you are different in Rheuses factor,if the male is negative and the female is positive the mothers body will produce antibodies to the fetus that would kill him,it only affects rhe second pregnancy ,but ther is a shot given to the mother right after delivering the first child,it will prevent the body from forming antibodies .

My hubby and I both have A negitive blood type, we have a little one! So its not true.
