Well, it depends on if you are going to upgrade your current pc in the future. if you buy an ATX case, you wil need an ATX power supply. And you will need to make sure your motherboard is ATX also. If you have a proprietary computer such as Dell, Hp or Compaq, it all is probably propreitary and well, an ATX case isn't going to work. You can usually call the manufacturer and find out what kind of motherboard you have(examples are ATX, BTX, mATX). And if you are going tp upgrade the pc in the future you will need a powerful power supply such as a 650 or even 1000. 64 bit systems need a lot of power.

surprising what proportion incorrect solutions you will get on Y!A. I count variety 3 out of seven that have it genuine. If it somewhat is a pc, seem for that purple voltage swap close to the place the plug connects to the potential furnish. All you should ought to do is turn the swap, and get a potential twine that has the final plug for the wall outlet. (you ought to use a plug adapter, however the potential twine is an common, much less-services-to-falling-out, selection) except you have an extremely ordinary workstation potential adapter, it somewhat is going to autoswitch and use any voltage from a hundred-240 VAC. All you will desire is a few $ plug adapter. Voltage transformers able to dealing with the present necessary for a pc are heavy and costly. The holiday ones suitable for hair dryers won't RUN Electronics. The converters perfect for electronics can possibly run a working laptop or workstation adapter, yet are no the place close to rated for a pc.

As long as the motherboard and power supply will fit in it, you can simply switch everything over to the new case.
