I'm on this mission now, and it is really annoying. There is a pattern, and I got close once...but ran out of time. I usually do Healing Touch right at the beginning to get the maxumum amount of time to operate though. I'll let you know if I beat it. I'm going to try and see

Those GUILT viruses suck! :( Here's something from an online strategy guide for the game though.

Episode 3-10: Pandora's Box [3.10]

Overview: Chiral reaction positive -- unknown infection detected.
Extreme care is necessary during treatment.
Objectives: * Remove the GUILT.
GUILT Faced: Triti
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Oh boy. Triti is the most pain-in-the-*** GUILT in the game in my opinion, and
for all that everyone says that it's easy, I still have problems. Since I still
have issues with this type of GUILT, I'll just give you a few key pointers:

* Triti will spread in places where there are multiple thorns adjacent to each
other, so, try to pull out thorns so that there are gaps between all of them.

* If any triangle or segment becomes isolated (separated) from the main "body"
of Triti, that segment will grow rapidly, so try to keep everything connected.

* The darker-colored triangles cause extra damage to the patient's vitals, so
try to excise them quickly if possible.

* Back the Triti into a corner so that it can't regenerate as easily. That is,
if you're working on its lower-right corner, make sure that it's pushed all the
way up into the upper-left corner (so that it can't keep growing in that
direction).

Other than that, cross your fingers. Every guide out there seems to have some
magic winning formula for Triti, but none of them seem to ever work perfectly
for me. Good luck, and remember that your Healing Touch is there if you need
it, though I would save it for the very end when you're just about done.

"A lot of people seem to have trouble with Triti because they don't understand
the regeneration pattern. It is basically this: IF THERE ARE TWO THORNS NEXT TO
EACH OTHER AND THERE IS FREE SPACE FOR GROWTH IT WILL REGENERATE. This being
said, there are two fairly quick and simple ways to dispose of it.

1) You can use your HT and extract every thorn and every membrane all at once
(yes is possible I have done it myself), but it requires fast movement and
precision. Only for use by very experienced players that somehow still have a
hell of a lot of trouble with Triti (like me :D).

2) Like every other strategy in the world, back it into a corner. Don't treat
the thorns and membranes like a whole bunch of different things that need to be
taken out at random, but rather treat them as diagonal rows of each, with the
membrane rows being between the thorn rows, sorta like reading between the
lines. This being said, extract thorn rows 1 and 2, extract membrane row 1,
rinse and repeat. In the beginning the membranes will almost always regen,
making it SEEM like you are getting nowhere, but just stick with the 2 rows - 1
row and eventually the membranes will be so far into the corner that you can
extract al the thorns and membranes left without the need of a HT throughout the
whole mission. Oh yeah. If a thorn vaporizes it WILL slow you down a bit but
just keep your concentration, drain the fumes, and continue extracting."

Ahhh my friend was playing that the other night.

The green triangles? Are you talking about the glass shards that magically keep reappearing if you are you just having to keep taking them out.

Have you gotten to the one in the spleen with the little blood clots that keep coming and coming and you have to find them with the radar the cut them out but there's like a million of them. Bleh I cannot get passed that!

The little triangles that have the glass thornes at the edge, huh? I've done this on the DS, but it might work...Do Healing Touch, then quickly pull out all the thornes. Then, take out the triangles as fast as you can. Hope it helps.
