I am not planning on conceiving (just yet) and I have PCOS. I only menstruate once every 2-3 months. My doctor doesn't seem too concerned. I'm just wondering what you think?

Thanks

For most of my life my periods came every 6 - 8 weeks, and every once in a while, one would come like 2 weeks after the last one! My doctors were never concerned - it was more annoying than anything and my periods were extremely painful. I just ended up going on birth control. I think that sometimes a period like that is a big problem, but if your doctor isn't concerned I'm sure it's fine.

If your doctor dont seem to worry I wouldnt. Since you are having your periods you should be able to have kids with out any trouble. Just b/c you dont get your periods dont mean you can't get pregnant.
