If his voice didnt break and he sounded like a kid forever..... he would not have much luck with marriage and sex

well, the increase of testosterone that comes with puberty thickens the vocal chords. plus the (slight) increase in the size of the nasal passages. haven't you noticed that old women often have deeper voices; they don't make as much estrogen, so the testosterone in their bodies takes over and thickens their vocal chords.
