Sounds like you have gotten spyware, use the following programs to scan for and remove it (they are all free):

Spyware Tools:

http://www.safer-networking.org
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsdefender

Cleanup:
http://www.ccleaner.com

You have spyware.

Download spybot.
