You're not saying his birthcertificate says "Junior Smith" or anything like that, right? He's just John Smith, Jr. and they call him "Junior," right?
Because I know LOTS of guys called Junior. It's common south of the Mason Dixon line and one was in Kansas. In each case, they were named after their Dad and were a 'Jr." while the Dad was "Sr."
Yeah, they called them "Junior." Saw one just last Saturday.

Ya, my friends cousins name is Oscar, but everyone calls him Junior, i didnt even know his name was Oscar until 2 years after meeting him. I also have a friend named Buddy.
