I am having a 3D 4D ultrasound done tomorrow-my hubby got it for me as a Christmas present.Has anyone had one done before?What week were you in?I am 33 weeks pregnant.Were the images clear?

I think mine was in the 31st week. The images were clear, but the baby was totally NOT cooperating. They couldn't get her to move to get different pictures and angles....it was pretty disappointing, actually. But the pics WERE really cool. That's a sweet present from your hubby!

I had two one at 20 (I think ) weeks and the other at 32....the images were clearer than a regular ultrasound but I was still kinda disappointed with them....They really just weren't worth the money we paid for them (my opinion) The doc's insurance covered ones aren't enough different to warrant the extra 100's of dollars

My niece had one done at 7 months and the images were very clear. Now, they didn't look like a photograph of a baby outside the womb, but they are far more clear that a traditional u/s.

yes I have had two done one at 15 and 29 weeks if you want i can eamil you one of the pics to you can see how clear

my sis just went and had her 3d ultrasound done..the pictures are super clear..it took her like hour and half maybe...she was real pleased with results..i had just regular ultrasound and im just as happy..congrats on baby!!
