You should post an audition on backstage.com or on showfax.com or actorsaccess.com
Millions of singers, dancers, and preformers check that site everyday. You are guarenteed to get at least 30 people at this audition. Hold an audition at the studio you rehearse at.

Committed hip hop dances cannot help you. They will not be paroled just because you need them.
