I know a prisoner in new york stste that is in for murder in the first and arson in the third and he was told of a law that may be passed this year that will reduce his sentence for good behavor.I am wondering if he is mistaken or if he isn't what the facts are concering the law.

I've heard nothing about this, and it would be a state issue if it were true. I suggest you look up the state New York State government site and see what new laws might have been enacted on Jan 1.

Probly thinking of the illegal immigrants they get away with all kinds of crimes and our goverment rewards them by giving them a free ride.

I wouldn't doubt it. the libs are running congress now, and they think people with multiple child molestation charges deserves a 5th or 6th chance.
