No, you can only connect to one wireless network at a time. If you want a faster connection, get a different ISP.

I think I aswered this already, The answer is yes, bridge the two connections under netowork connections. right click one of the connection and select bridge. on the wizard select your second connection and the computer will create a virtual network connection with the two bandwidths put together.

Does windows handle it well? no no no god no

maybe if you have some nice cisco equipment you could do it somewhat.. not really "faster" but more bandwidth.. latency and bandwidth are 2 separate things..both impact "speed" as does the speed of the computers on both ends of the connection.

Dont try. you will hose windows.
just get a faster computer.

the process is called load balancing and it won't even be worth the equip to do it. however you can get 2 NICs one wireless and one RJ-45 and use them both but, request will either go out one or the other.
