Hi there!
I've had the best luck with the strapless push up bras from Victoria's Secret. They are a little on the pricey side, but they're totally worth it. They're comfortable, last a long time and don't lose elasticity around your chest. I'm a 34 B and I've never had any difficulty finding one in my size. Hope this helps!! :)

Just about the only fresh thinking as far as doing something with cups as small as a B has come from Michelle Mone's designs
www.ultimodirect.com
They really push what's there and fill in what's not with gel and are still comfortable.
If you want to get the maximum cleavage from B-cup breasts you won't get it from a strapless bra, but you can still get very acceptable results.
