hi i require a RS232 adapter card to use with laptop how ever i only have the new pc express card slot and am having dificulties in locating a source, a usb to serial is of no use i need this to program cctv equipment ie adpro and vista etc. thanks hope some one out there has an answer.

TigerDirect has some RS232 products...I do see a couple USB to RS232 adapters near the bottom of the first page.

Are you sure it doesn't already have one built in? RS232 is also called a serial or a com port. It should be on the back. Usually a 9 pin mini din. Not to be confused with the 15 pin mini din for video.

Maplins do one, but it's a bit pricey because it gives you 2 ports.
