Well, the worst one I ever saw was during high school. Keeper slammed his face against the post and destroyed his lower jaw hinge on one side. He didn't even fall down he went into shock so fast, but to this day the way his face looked was about the most gruesome thing I have ever seen......and I'm a mortician.

Might be Petr Cech's injury in that Chelsea vs Reading game. He almost got killed because of a very serious head injury. It was all thanks to Stephen Hunt who hit Cech's head with his knee. That must have hurt!

I saw a guy slide and hit another guy, and his whole leg went up to his head, he ended his carrer from a severe broken leg.

I saw a player have is eye socket bone broken. Many players have had there legs broken.
