He told me out of all the time that I can remember 3 times that he love me. But lately we don't see each other that much, I don't know if it because I never gave him a response. But I told him I care about him.

If he told you he loved you and you love him back, and you've been dating him this long, you'd be stringing him along by not telling him. Think about this, you tell him you love him first and he says, "thanks, I care about you." You would probably wish he said something else

It's hard to know when to say "I love you" to someone.
If you just don't feel right saying it yet, think about why.
Do you think deep down that you might not want to spend the rest of your life with this guy?
Are you scared to let your emotions show by saying something as strong as "I love you"?
Think about these questions and really contemplate your future with/without this guy. You may not like what you come up with, but follow your instincts.

Don't you have a clue? You don't see each other that much any more. Move on with your life. This could turn into an obsession that has nothing to do with true love. It sounds like he wants to move on. Please let him go.

that is the equivalent to the exit sign. when someone says they love you and you reply you care very much, talk about rejection. He let his heart open and now he is embarrassed to see you.

because you did not responed to him he is hurt it takes a lot for some one to say they love you and you don't love him so you should go and find some else and let him go
