OH gawd am so glad somebody else has noticed! Am so sick and tired of whiny people and their atonal so-called "music". If the young people today could just get a taste of what real lyrics, harmony, and instrumental were they would never listen to this junk. I think it is simply mesmerizing them and they don't know any better..they think they do..but they don't.

It's because the singers are small. Small guys naturally sound like kids.

Although I just heard the remake song of U2- It's called "The Saints Are Coming" and Green Day sings it with U2. It's really good.

Because todays 'alt rock' is produced by gaint corperation for mass consumption. There is no substance to it, it is marketed for the dollar
