I have a 2001 chrysler sebring, and my horn wont honk?

but it will honk when i push my keychain door locker!!! if it was the fuse, it would not honk at all...and its the only thing keeping me from getting my inspections sticker!

Take it to a shop,the contact in the steering wheel is not working.
