I think it's lame that people with no beauty or talent get 2 become famous just because their family or friends did something important. I believe that everyone should work for dreams, NOT having their Daddy give them their dreams!

Oh yah and.... she's both, but it isn't that impressive being an heiress because it just means: MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY DID SOMETHING AMAZING, AND SINCE I KNOW THEM I'M FAMOUS! I DIDN'T WORK 2 BECOME FAMOUS WHICH MEANS I'M UGLY AND I HAVE NO TALENT!!! Who would want that title?!?

Both...but I think the airhead thing is a bit of an act. I don't think she's as dumb as she comes off to be.
Personally, I am tired of her and a lot of other "celebrities" who get wayyyyy to much publicity. It's old!

Sadly, BOTH! But personally, I think she's a dumbass. I don't even know what people like about that *****. She's just plain U-G-L-Y. I don't think someone in his right mind (and that's her dad) would let her take over all his busniess and money ! I bet she's gonna spend all the money on shopping and in beauty saloons, and eventully one day she find out that she's BROKE ! (lol)
