Try Having A Shower Using A Shampoo/Shower Gel That Is Citrus.. It Always Does The Trick For Me. Avoid Things Like Hot Chocolate Which Will Make You More Tired... Also Try Going For A Quick Walk.. The Fresh Air Is Bound To Wake You Up A bit.. Hope I Helped x

I find that most televisions have a preset for an alarm/wake up. programme the starter volume of the television to the top and when the television comes on with the alarm it will be top volume.
Incredibly hard not to wake up from and you cant get back to sleep because of the noise unless you cheat and have the remote next to your bed or arm chair.
of course you could say what the hell, just drink a few cans of red bull and stay awake depends how long you would be sleeping for though Good luck waking

well if you like the taste of raisins, you can put some in with some rice as it is boiling and cook them in with it, and it is a natural energizer or just eat some plain. Try avoiding caffeine products they are not good for the kidneys and may give you a stomach ache such as coffee if your not used to drinking it. energy drinks are good but usually have a lot of caffeine also. protein is good, Sugar is not good, it will wake you up temporarily but then bring you down hard. usually with a headache, try a power nap and some iron fortified foods. they usually will do the trick..

Extra large coffee, 4 cream, 4 sugar, and a coke...
also if u can catch a 20 minute power nap that helps!

hmmm Try tea or coffe or coke it has caffine and it makes you stay awake for long but beware if u drink too little it will ware out and in front of ur friends ull be tired so drink alot and sleep b4 u go out if u dont got time to sleep drink coffe or tea or coke hope that helps

if i feel tired i drink red bull, i have a couple of cans before im due to go out and it soon wakes me up, or some other high energy drink

not caffeine. try setting the alarm for 20 minutes and take a power nap. then work out. power nap again. also, try taking a warm shower and at the end, turn it really cold for a minute.
