I met this girl 6 months ago at a restaurant in TN she lives in Chicago with her bf. She flew down here for my bday in NOV. And now she just called me and sent me a email with an ultrasound pic on it showing she is preganant and its mine from the dates that she was here. I am confused and just need to know about conception. She was here nov 27th and 28th and the ultrasound says she is 7 weeks 1 day. So is it mine??

yes it is possible, but i f you doubt it then get a dna test, they can do it before the baby is born.

Once your pregnancy has been confirmed, what you most want to know is your due date. The average length of a pregnancy is 40 weeks, or 280 days, from the first day of the last normal menstrual period. Calculating the due date, or expected date of delivery, for a pregnancy is quite simple, then, if you know that date. Yep, those dates match right up with the dates she was with you.
Although things can happen, so make sure you get DNA testing after the child is born if there is any doubt. But with the dates alone, and if she can prove she didnt have sex anytime near those dates with anyone else, i'd have to say its without a doubt your baby.

Looks to be so.
If she conceived on 27 November she'd be 7w4d, but u/s can be off by 3 days on either side, so that the baby measured 7w1d.
