First Dude sounds cool and something that Bill Clinton would sound good being called. But if I had a choice I would pick First Lady. Remember you don't have to be a woman to be a lady.

Logically it would seem that First Gentleman would be appropriate since we have a First Lady but since we don't have a female president, it is still up in there. Look at Queen Elizabeth. They don't call her husband King just because she is queen.
