The actor who plays Borat, Sascha Baron Cohen is a smart and very witty guy. Graduated from Cambridge, can really think on his feet. He can make a character loveable and well like when we really shouldn't!
Tom Green on the other hand does not appear to have many brain cells left. Potty humor, blank stares and really a poor sense of humor. He must make some people laugh however, he still is around making awful movies and parading himself on Jay Leno every once in awhile!
