Good grief...no. They haven't.
That would really hurt my feelings,

No but we had a ***** of a boss and she was on one of her tangents one Halloween dressed like a witch too, we were all pretty pissed at her and my friend told her to drop dead, we left her office, later that morning she was found on the floor of her office dead! The poor girl felt so bad that those were the last words anyone had ever said to her

Yes, a long time ago.
It hurt me for years and years and when I bumped into them recently I reminded them of it. do you know...they didn't even remember saying it, but they shrugged and said they imagine they felt a bit peeved at the time and were probably trying to get back at me.
Don't even dwell for another five seconds on it sweetie...I guarantee they ain't.

No, not for myself. but a child i look after told his mother that. and its really got to hurt, its probably one of the most hurtful things one can say to another.

No, but they told me to go kill myself which I guess is equivelant... I didn't really know them, and it was because they were losing an argument so I wasn't phased.
