I was under the impression that my mail carrier was supposed to deliver mail rain or shine. But for years now my local mailcarrier never delivers the mail when its raining outside. If its a dreary and rainy day, I never get mail or anyone else on my street. Is this normal?

If you were him, would you want to traipse about in the rain delivering soggy mail?

It is not normal. They are supposed to deliver your mail even when it is raining. Call the local post office and contact his supervisor.

No, that's not normal. It's about as normal as my mailman delivering everyone else's mail in my box.

Please call your local post office and complain about this.

Neither hail, sleet, rain or snow will stop him. Report him.
